When reporting problems please do not enter "computer is broken", "can't print" or "doesn't work" as your issue. These kinds of descriptions may delay our ability to resolve your problem.

  • Many times a reboot may resolve transient problems, Start/Power/Restart, or Start/Shutdown/Restart.

  • If there are any error messages, please give the messages here if possible.

  • When trying to print, give the error message if any, as well what printer you were attempting to use.

  • For general errors, let us know what you were trying to do when the error occured.
